Ribeye:
- 2 bone-in ribeye steaks
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Chimichurri:
- 1 cup parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix rub ingredients and coat steaks. Let sit for 30 min.
- Grill or pan-sear to preferred doneness.
- Blend chimichurri ingredients and drizzle on top.
